White Oak of Columbia is a 120 bed skilled nursing center conveniently located in the heart of Columbia within a short drive from three major hospitals. They provide long term nursing care, as well as short term rehabilitation. Nursing care is provided by Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants 24-hours a day.
