Residents have access to independent living, assisted living, memory support, rehabilitation, long-term care, BeWell Home Services, BeWell@Home, and Lutheran Hospice.
Independent Living with enhanced living options: for Sycamore Suite residents. Sycamore Suites are 367 sf apartments with kitchenette and walk-in shower.
Apartments range from 367 sf - 927 sf. Non-refundable entrance fee of $3000, monthly fees range from $2338 - $3030.
Skilled companion suites are available.
Assisted living: non-refundable application fee of $550, second occupant monthly fee of $638. $146 - $160/day for assisted living. Scaled fees from levels one through five for assistance may be added dependent upon the person's requirements for care.
Skilled nursing long term care: semi-private rooms begin at $250/day and go up to $300/day.
