SOUTH CAROLINA REALTY LAUNCHES NEW WEBSITE WITH NEIGHBORHOOD GUIDES

SOUTH CAROLINA REALTY LAUNCHES REBRANDING WITH NEW LOGO AND WEBSITE WITH NEIGHBORHOOD GUIDES

LEXINGTON, SC. – Legacy real estate firm South Carolina Realty has launched a brand new logo and online presence at www.screaltyonline.com. The updated look premiered October 31, 2023 and coincides with a complete overhaul of their existing website and social media presence.

South Carolina Realty agents are your neighborhood guides in the hyper-local framework

Designed to drill down to the finite details buyers and sellers want to know when looking at communities in the central Midlands area of South Carolina. Moving far beyond the average listings that most real estate websites feature; the new South Carolina Realty site offers unique search parameters, including active adult, eco-tourism, arts and culture, family friendly, foodie favorites, music and nightlife, shopping and spas and outdoor recreation.

“We’re excited to bring our local knowledge and expertise to those looking to buy or sell in the Columbia area,” said Chip Browne, Broker in Charge. “We’ve assembled an experienced team of select agents to give you the kind of details that matter when searching for a new home.”

An important feature of the new site is the focus on active adults and seniors. “We’ve integrated a fully searchable database of Midlands area senior living facilities, including independent, assisted, memory care and skilled care to help seniors and their caregivers find placement options,” said Melissa Sprouse Browne, managing broker. “With our experience in working with older adults, we are able to help those who may need to sell their home to pay for their care or perhaps assist a family after a loved one has passed away and they need help with the property that’s left behind.”

Fresh content will be uploaded daily, with listing and news articles on the state of the real estate market available, as well as partner resources for real estate attorneys, home inspectors, insurance agents and more. The new logo will begin appearing on all company collateral, from signage to business cards to social media. The new logo incorporates a mountain scene with a Palmetto tree, representing the company’s footprint covering South Carolina from the mountains to the sea.
