Joey is a real estate investor and entrepreneur from Saint George, South Carolina, now splitting his time between Clemson and Orangeburg. After graduating from Clemson University in 2016 and earning a nursing degree from the University of Florida in 2017, Joey pursued his passion for real estate, with a strong focus on investment properties. He specializes in purchasing and managing single-family and multi-family rental properties across the state. In 2022, he and his wife, Summer, launched a full-service property management company based in Orangeburg County. Joey is a passionate sports fan, regularly attending Clemson games, and enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family, including their two Boykin Spaniels, Bowman and Tillie, and their son, William.
