Among the 200 acres and large pond sits the Heritage at Lowman, a non-profit ministry aimed at providing older adults an independent and supportive community that cares for them throughout the aging process.

As a CCRC, Continuing Care Retirement Community, the Heritage at Lowman offers residents retirement options that fit their needs and lifestyle such as independent living, assisted living, memory support, rehabilitation, long term care, in-home care services, and Lutheran Hospice.

Medicare accepted for certain services.

Independent Living:

Garden homes and luxury apartments. Each garden home is based on one of nine models, but each is unique to their individual resident. They encourage every new resident to make their home their own with custom features and additions like screened porches and Carolina rooms, granite countertops, hardwood floors, and other minor renovations and additions.

Assisted Living:

Fees for their Assisted Living residences are charged a daily rate plus monthly charges equivalent to the level of assistance required. Offering help with activities of daily living.

Memory Care:

The Heritage at Lowman’s recently remodeled memory support community takes the time to get to know each resident’s unique past and story which they blend with life enrichment programs for a more fulfilling day. By focusing on your loved one’s individual strengths and abilities, the Heritage encourages resident independence, self-confidence, and happiness. Residents are kept safe at all times. Cozy rooms may be decorated with stimulating art and photography for a home-like atmosphere.
