Bill Beckwith has been a licensed real estate professional since July 1996, building a long and successful career as a Broker in Charge, trainer, and mentor to real estate agents throughout South Carolina.

Bill’s journey in real estate began in a meaningful way—he was originally taught by Chip Browne at the Real Estate School of South Carolina, then known as the South Carolina Institute of Real Estate. That early foundation helped shape a career dedicated not only to successful brokerage leadership but also to educating and guiding the next generation of agents.

For more than twenty years, Bill has served as a respected real estate instructor, teaching courses such as:

• Working with Listings

• Working with Buyers

• How to Run Your Real Estate Business

His teaching style focuses on practical, real-world application, helping agents understand how to build sustainable businesses while providing excellent service to their clients.

Most recently, Bill served as the Broker in Charge of a national real estate franchise, where he led agents, supported business development, and continued mentoring new professionals entering the industry.

Today, Bill joins the team at Real Estate School of South Carolina and South Carolina Realty, bringing decades of experience in brokerage leadership, agent development, and real-world real estate practice. His passion for training agents and strengthening the profession makes him a valuable addition to both organizations.

Outside of real estate, Bill is a proud father and grandfather. His son played professional baseball, and Bill enjoys spending time with his growing family, including his grandchildren.
