They have three different categories: independent living, assisted living and generations.

Independent Living:

Rents start at $1700 for a studio and $2000 for a two bedroom apartment.

One time community fee of $2000, second person fee of $500/month.

Included in the monthly base rent:

• Two bedroom apartment with full kitchen and washer/dryer hook-ups
• Three meals per day
• Weekly housekeeping services
• Scheduled transportation services
• Priority access to assisted living and memory care
• Utilities
• No entrance fees

Assisted Living:

• Rents start at $2800/month for 250 sf studio.
• Levels of care will be assessed as needed.
• One time community fee of $2000

• Utilities
• No entrance fees
• Daily "vibrant life" activities
• Licensed nurse on staff
• 24 hour staffing
